Is the swelling and pain associated with watering and discharge? If it is the cause could be allergic conjunctivitis. Please see an opthalmologist so you can be sure of the further mode of treatment

Hi there...from what you are describing you could suffering from chalazion, furuncle, renal disease. Was there any history of trauma, discharge from the swelling, altered urination pattern? All of these will have to evaluated in detail. So kindly visit a ophthalmologist and general physician for further examination .
