Sweet tooth
Hi I got filled all my cavities from local dentist 1.5 years back but still i get high sensitivity in 1 teeth when take any sweet item. I talked to same dentist but he always says that cavities are all properly covered it should recover slowly. But this issue is still persistent please suggest a cure. Thanks

As your dentist said , the problem will recover slowly. For faster relief, the dentist can cover all exposed areas of the tooth with desensitizing agents. If still the problem persists, the filling can be removed, a temporary sedative filling placed till your symptom subsides and then a permanent filling redone.
