Will my hands gradually get weak if I continue to carry on with botox injection on palms. My age is 20 now.

Hello. Botox is injectable very superficial for sweaty palms such that it does not affect muscle action that control finger movements. And in any case botox effect wanes off in 3-4 months. It does not cause any permanent hand weakness.
