SWEATY PALMS
I have sweaty palms and feet problem . Generally, i don't have very much issue but when i think about it sweat on my palm intensifies . I have done my thyroid test , blood test (CBC test) , BP TEST , and all reports are normal and the doctor (an experienced physician) says it's common and not a bad thing to have sweaty palms  ... But i want to join forces and sweaty palms shouldn't be a cause for that reason . Right now , I'm going to a dermatologist who is doing iontophoresis and i had 2 sessions but only got 10-15% results , there are still 2 sessions left says the doctor .. please revert what other measures should I take so as to quicken the ease of sweat through my palms .. it would be great help as it's a matter of career ;) thankyou doctors for taking time to read my query , much appreciated 😊🙏🏻

Excessive sweating is called as hyperhydrosis and can be treated . You can used topical creams and do a few treatments to reduce the sweating .a few sessions are required and the sweating reduces over the time.  We need to repeat the sessions in a certain time interval .You can visit the clinic or do an online consultation with us for the same .

You seem to have hyperhidrosis and the most likely reason is anxiety. Anxiety causes you to go into something called the ‘sympathetic overdrive’ leading to increase adrenaline leading to sweating. Have you ever wondered why you sweat more when you look at your palms or think of your problem? medical therapies don’t work as much as counselling does and trying to get to the root cause of your basic anxiety ( your anxiety maybe = will I get into army or not ?)…
Next Steps
Continue medical treatment and visit a counsellor
Health Tips
You could also read the book ‘ How To Tell Your Skin To Heal Itself ‘ which is available on Amazon and Flipkart and on kindle too. It discusses one simple formula to help you understand your anxiety or any other thought that is leading to negative emotion. Remember negative emotions = sweaty palms. All the best and I hope you do get into the armed forces !
