Sweaty palms,feet, shiver
Last night i rode on my bike from office to my house at around 11:30 pm. It was cold outside but i was wearing a jacket. Later while sleeping, i was not feeling comfortable, my palms n feet started sweating and my body started shivering. And all negative thoughts started poppin in my brain. Can u please suggest what exactly is the problem. Sometimes my palms sweat even when i am sitting in office in air conditioned room.

Hello hello it's better to check from the common causes of it first starting from fever are cold due to which you are getting the symptoms of shivering and sweating.. apart from that it anxiety and hormonal disturbances like thyroid problems are the common causes of sweating.. do meet a  physician thank you

Sweating of palm and feet could be due to thyroid hormone imbalance.  Get thyroid profile test and consult a physician

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You might be running a fever. Check your temperature thrice a day. You can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. U might be having URTI with fever leading to its cold stage post exposure to cold...see MD physician

Check your body temperature. You may be having fever on and off.
