I have been noticing that my heads are sweating too much. It's not dripping sweat but it's definitely uncomfortable and makes my hands feel sticky. It's not because of weather conditions because I don't feel hot at all and the weather in North India is kinda pleasant these days. I either have to wipe my hands or wash them and after half an hour or so I feel the same.
I wonder if this is something I should be concerned about or is it some nervousness that I am facing. I can't decide if it's a skin issue or it's about a bodily symptom to something else.
Any guidance or solution would be helpful.
