Sweaty feet! HELP!
When I wear closed shoes, my feel become slippery inside the shoes with sweat. Even When I wear sneakers, by the end of the day (7 hours later. - from morning to evening) my socks are wet. Even my slipper become sweaty! So it's not lack of circulation. I do a lot of foot care. No odor or anything. Just excessive presperation. I scrub my feet and remove dead skin on a regular basis (jovos foot scrub / food scrubber) but still, the sweating does not seize. It affects my self confidence and I am always conscious if I ever have to take out my shoes.i am tired of this issue and I just want it to stop. What do I do that I have not already done?

You must wear pure cotton socks; Sprinkle Candid powder every 2 hrs. over the feet and lower legs,;you can wear socks of a towel texture, they are available in the market,,too much of scrbbing should be avoided because the feet will be denuded of protective keratin layer and the underlying skin is less of collagen and more prone to sweating;you can also use Neosporin powder also;In place of scrubbing you can use hand-rub (it contains alcohol ),but just apply once in a gentle touch and not like with force or pressure.-call 98 11 03 16 56

Please get T3, T4 & TSH done to rule out Thyrotoxicosis. If sweating is without any ailment,, you should carry additional pairs of socks & change 3-4 times. Dr (Col) AK Mehta
