Sweating stamering shiver
I am getting lot of sweat in whole body since last 3-4 months all hands and my feets are always wetty. and even now in winter my hands , feets and face feels weety many time in this cold weather. and along with major problem since same last 3-4 months I am feeling lot of shivering in my hands, fingers also legs while doing any work. and also stamering while speaking since same last 3-4 months . also getting tired.....please suggest which disease or problem I am going through in my body and provide remedies for it please.
