My baby is 6 months old and at night when he is in sleep his head sweat and some times in day time his feet gets cold

6 months old baby can maintain his own temperature like us. Child body temperature is normal then dont worry about his cold feets. Always use thermometer for recording temperature. Just by touching your hands give false impression. In warm condition child may sweat profusely like us.
