Swallow pain in neck, barium swallow tes

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi Doctor, My father barium swallow test result shows persistent narrowing with proximal old up seen in distal 1/3rd of esophagus...please let me know what this result show..do this always need surgery or medicine works itself Age- 65 years Issue- from last one month Thank u a lot in advance for your valuable suggestion
