I have small lump inside my tongue and it is painfull. What medicine can I take for it

considering your age ... How many days this lump was there? is there is faulty bite over tongue.. is there any ulceration? any chewing habits.....??     if possible sent a picture of the lump. with a short history not advisable for any medicines now.
