  4. Swallen eyelids, both sides of the eyes,

Swallen eyelids, both sides of the eyes,
I have swallen eyelids on both eyes. The eyes becomes red sometimes, visited a doctor one month back who told this is due to bad dryness. I am applying teargel and another drop for one month but still no improvemnet. Kindly suggest
