Suspected Pelvic Floor Tightness

Trouble starting Urine Kind of pain in the bladder when it fills rather than the urge to urinate Semen also not able to come with force after orgasm No pain though whole day in the pelvic region Kind of numbness existing over there (Please suggest) Ultrasounds have been normal
