Trouble starting stream of urine and PE.
2 years ago I stopped mastubration for a week but I was not able to control my urges, So one day I mastubrated but I stopped before I can ejaculate and did it 2,3 times, Since then I have trouble starting stream of urine and experience premature ejaculation,In start I often had to strain a lot to urinate but then it got a bit better, I also have occasional rectum pain especially sometime after ejaculation. It's been 2 years the problem is in on-off mode, I met various doctors but no one can diagnose anything some say it will get better with time, Some say you should completely abstain from sex. I did abstain for 1 year but the problem is still there in on off mode Nothing shows up in ultrasound or urine test, the doctor gave me Urimax(Tamsulosin) which gives a temporary relief Because of this problem I feel anxious that in future I won't find a partner if I can't perform in bed. I have trouble urinating especially when I travel with friends so I avoid traveling Please help me
