In Forme fruste keratoconus a cornea has no abnormal findings by both slit-lamp examinations and corneal topography, with the fellow eye of clinical keratoconus. While in suspected keratoconus they have signs of keratoconus like mild corneal steepening which needs to be confirmed by various tests like corneal topography. So, it’s not the same.
