Suspected case of mixed OCD with Anxiety

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Headache, Nausea, trembling hand and feet,faint,doubt in everything,do things on her own order means work done by others are not satisfied,crying loudely,abuse husband,rude behaviour,hateeveryone and everything,waste time in mopping and washing of clothes,no preference to prepare food,lack of confidence,overalertness,assult others and herself with knife and other sharp articles.
