Suspect chest infection
Started with throat pain and running nose. Have been taking roxid 150 twice a day for 3 days. Now worsened to cough, yellow phlegm, and heavy head.

How ever steam inhalations and mouth gargles would help along with antibiotics of penicillin group n nasal decongestants for short duration.
