YES YOU CAN GO AHEAD WITH ANY EXERCISE YOU WANT. YOUR SCARS HAVE ALREADY HEALED IN THE PERIOD OF 7 MONTHS SO NO RESTRICTIONS

An exercise that increase ur intrabdominal pressure ie put pressure on abdomen should be avoided till 9 months n after that slowly n steady start exercise under professional guidance if possible.

hi good evening thnxs for your question congrets for your delivery ya u can do that exercise . you can do one thing plz consult your gynecologist regarding your abdominal muscle tone . than after you can start abdominal exersice thnxs

Yes you can go ahead  with Surya namesake. But increase the frequency and intensity slowly.

Yes u can start but slowly and steady increase the number of suryanamaskar... Start with breathing exercises first
