you can do one thing plz consult your gynecologist regarding your abdominal muscle tone . than after you can start abdominal exersice
An exercise that increase ur intrabdominal pressure ie put pressure on abdomen should be avoided till 9 months n after that slowly n steady start exercise under professional guidance if possible.
