Keep your posture correct always during work and using mobile phones or sleeping. Keep elbows rest during table work. Do some shoulder and neck exercises, for stronger muscles. Thank you

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow.
