Surround sound in one ear
Hi From a couple of days I feel a little surround sound in my right ear. I don't exactly know how to describe it but sometimes the sound seems to be a little more different and hollow. I can hear equally well in both ears and don't have any pain or cold or infection. If I blow while holding my nose and then release then it's just fine

The sensation seems to be caused due to some pressure variation between your middle ear and the outside atmosphere. This may be secondary to blockade of eustachian tube which connects the middle ear to the pharynx thus maintaining pressure balance between the two. This is the same reason we have the similar sensation while ascending or descending in a flight. The blowing maneuver that you are doing is valsalva maneuver and helps opening up the eustachian tube.
Next Steps
You need to consult an ENT specialist for further examination and diagnosis.
