Surgery wound healing
Recently my friend got surgical removal of peri anal abcess. After 3 weeks also wound is in healing stage. We can see some small bumps at the edges and doctor said those are fat. We need an opinion whether those will be gone if wound is totally healed. How much time required for the total skin healing by checking the picture.

This is very much healed.
Usually Complete healing takes 3 to 6 weeks atleast.
It will heal in another 2 weeks Approx.
