Abcess near buttock
My mother got operated for peri anal abcess. She got one boil on skin and some abcess down the boil but abcess is not coming out. The area of abcess is red and little swollen. But it's not coming to the head inorder to relieve pain. How to make abcess to come to head and come out as she is scared of one more surgery. So please suggest.

It appears that she may be having fistula in ano.
For simple ABSCESS incision and drainage is enough a procedure.
