Bit poor prognosis ... if there is no ulcer ... can opt for medicines but medicinws are very barely useful.. best is surgery.. but depends on other factors .. if there is ulcer in foot better to go for surgery

Hi… i have gone through the reports shared.. based on that it looks like he needs surgery i.e. bypass graft.
