Surface Pus bumps on my face

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I dont know sometimes from few months I'm getting white pus bumps on my face, whitish fluid secretion not sure is it pus or sebum , no pain ,tiny bumps on my face,my skin type is oily . Can anyone suggest me the permanent solution for it? I consulted doc last time she gave antibiotics a gel and tablet , but still no effect... please recommend the best solution Thank you
