Supplements before and during pregnancy?
My wife and I are getting advice from friends and family to take supplements as we are trying to have a child now. But I would like to know a doctor's opinion before doing anything. Please tell me if we should take supplements. If so, please recommend what supplements and dosage and duration in which it should be done. Much thanks, Daniel
