Supination pronation post op
I had proximal humerous and ulna bone fractures Operated on 19th may After op Physiotheraphy gng on But couldnt supinate fore arm Scared abt the codition Its been 2 months Continuing the physio Need ur suggestions Nd solution for the problem But unable to supinate

Hi there It's strange u haven't achieved supination in 2 months. You might need to change your physiotherapist.

take warm water in deep bucket with half spoon salt in it, with a cloth in it and put both. hands in bucket and try to squeeze that cloth and try to supinate ur forearm with help of sound  hand
