Are sunscreens and moisturizers really necessary? I have asked different dermatologists the same question. Got different answers. Would like to know the truth. Can you guys help me with this?

Sunscreen? Yes for sure. The spf will or the power will vary based on your skin tone.
Moisturiser? Also necessary but if you have no skin concerns like dryness, acne, oily skin, sensitive skin, maybe skipaable for now.
These usually help in the long run to help fight damage and delay ageing.
