Sun burning
My skin has got burnt because of too much exposure to sun... it's kind of burning pls help me out with some cream

Apply Momatasone Cream twice a day for 5 days. Cap. Antoxid HC 30 mg twice a day for 2 weeks. Alokem 75 Gel (75%Aloevera Gel) in the morning, followed by Medicated Sunscreen. Mild Cleanser.

Greetings.  Do a lot of cold water or ice compresses. You'll need to take some vitamin c tablets. Oral intake of citrus fruits would also be good. Avoid further sun exposure- stay indoors. Use physical sunscreens should you have to go out. You'll need mild topical steroid creams under prescription of the dermatologist.  Hope this helps
