Sun burn on my face

Hello dear. This is not a sun burn. Its acanthosis nigricans. Kindly consult online for proper evaluation and treatment.
Some tests need to be done to rule out certain metabolic disorders. There could be other complications as well

Need a proper history for suggesting treatment.
Stop skin light cream. Ot should not be used for a long period without prescription from a dermatologist as it may cause multiple side effects.
