Hi my dentist told me to have all 4 premolar to be removed please check my teeth & suggest is it really the only way i can put braces or is there any other way.

Your teeth are not in a proper line and they are over crowded. So in that case to ensure proper alignment and to maintain your occlusion and smile space needs to be created which is only possible post extraction. So please go ahead with your extraction for the required orthodontic results.
