Can I get Maryland bridge or resin bonded bridge for premolars if I don't want to get dental implants or traditional dental bridge.

Hi yes it is possible to get a Maryland bridge. But your oral hygiene maintainance needs to be on point. Also if it is more than two teeth that are missing it is not recommended. They usually last long but may need to be rebonded once in 5 to 8 years roughly. The advantage is adjacent teeth don't need to be filed,it's quicker and more cost effective. Get an assessment if you are an ideal candidate for this bridge and then go ahead.

Hi Yes you can,but it might cause damage to an existing tooth due to force. But according to strength , durability, maintenance implants are best that gives the feel of natural teeth Dental bridges your other healthy teeth will be compromised
