Deviry and Miprate are not the same medicine. Deviry contains a progesterone hormone, while Miprate contains mifepristone, which blocks progesterone and works in a very different way. Taking Miprate instead of Deviry would not give you the effect your doctor intended and could disrupt your cycle instead of helping it.

Please don't substitute Miprate for Deviry on your own. Ask your pharmacist if another progesterone brand is available, or call your gynaecologist to confirm what can replace it safely.
