If you have maintained well with medicines and it has helped you to regain your life then it's advisable to continue the medicines under the guidance of a psychiatrist. Escitalopram is a considerably safe medicine. However you may need tapering and stopping of clonazepam.

It is a safe medicine for long term use, however such long term use without consulting a doctor should not be the practice. You should consult your psychiatrist. He/she may stop this medicine if you are well for such a long duration. You may not need this medicine anymore. You can take an online consultation too.
