At this age, till 3 years of age in fact, due to the reason that children are not very hygienic and tend to put all objects in their mouths, loose motions and stomach upsets WILL occur every 2-3 months,no way to avoid it. All you can do is stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if given. Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 5 days. No medicine has a real role here. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician.
