This is a very subjective opinion and somebody who is very experienced can even put three stents in all the three arteries and depending upon the length of the lesions risk factors the cardiologist me advice bypass surgery. Final decision shall be made only after reviewing the CD of and geography.

If the block is very close to the origin of the vessel or at bifurcation of major artery CABG is preferred to stent
