Sir my mother is sufeering from high fever suger level 443.......dr say it is due to infection. .......little fluid is apper in left side of lungs

Hello..... Your mothers blood sugar is fluctuating and plural effusion. She may need hospital admission... She need insulin administration in titered dose. Doctor will adjust the dose. Of course infection raises blood sugar level but what infection does she has?? Take her to general physician
