High fever and weakness
Father is running high fever. Because of it he is having weakness in body. Food intake is almost less. Should I give him coconut water to gain strength. But last week was hospitalized..his potassium level was high and given medication to control it.

In condition of high level of patassium give him only plane water and chech his bp frequently .for quick relief please share your father investigation if done or in in case it did not then get blood test cbc and sent report.
