Do you already have diabetes and/or hypothyroidism (thyroid disease)?
If you don't then go for HbA1c for diabetes which is akin to the average of your blood sugars for the last 3 months. You are most likely diabetic if you don't already know.
As for thyroid, the values are acceptable, if you are already taking thyroid medications, continue the same dose. And if you are not, you do not need any as of now.

Get HbA1c done if not already
TSH suggests mild hypothyroidism, unless there are any symptoms, it doesn't require medications right now....monitor 6 monthly
