Do you already have diabetes and/or hypothyroidism (thyroid disease)? If you don't then go for HbA1c for diabetes which is akin to the average of your blood sugars for the last 3 months. You are most likely diabetic if you don't already know. As for thyroid, the values are acceptable, if you are already taking thyroid medications, continue the same dose. And if you are not, you do not need any as of now.
Next Steps
Consult for further steps in diabetes management.

Go for HBA1C, which gives u three months average of sugar, which is very important. According to this instrument thyroid level is deranged towards a bit high. CHANGE LIFE STYLE CHANGE DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY,ADD EXERCISE FOR BOTH PARAMETERS. After test u can consult a face to face md physician or endocrinologist. .u can try this for two months. Than again u need test n consult.
