Today I got a test for my sugar levels by my Gynecologist suggestion. My sugar levels are Blood sugar - 197 Urine sugar - 4+ Is it very serious? How can i reduce sugar levels without using any medicines? Iam typhoid positive now.

If fasting thenits serious.If post meal ok..manage with diet and exercise.Urine sugar is abnormal
