I randomly check my sugar level is 60-70
and suffering from last 2 months one hand pain in several points .How to increase the sugar level i am diabetic or not

You should get your fasting and post glucose sugar levels checked. Also if u get symptoms along with low sugar we need to investigate you for hypoglycemia.
