Sugar free gold
Hello, Dr. I have a great appetite for coffee. But without sugar, it's not worth it. because I have diabetes. Hence I heard about sugar-free gold tablets being a substitute for sugar. Now my worry is whether can I use that or not? will it cause any side effects? Thank you

Hi, You may use it in moderation but any type of sugars do add to blood sugar levels and these sugar substitutes have long term side effects too.
