Sugar control
Was diagnosed with 12 hba1c last july. Lost weight and controlled sugar in a month and fbs came 108 and pp 125. After that have been regularly checking sugar after meals and it always remains 115-125 ppbs. Recently starting eating normally with some sweets occasionally and gained weight. Checked blood and fasting is 114 and hba1c is 5.4. What to do?? Fyi - I don't take any medicine. Just normal workout every day

Fasting sugars and HbA1C are within normal limits off medicines. That’s a great improvement in HbA1C with weight loss and eating healthy. I would recommend continuing to eat healthy and exercise. Continue to check your fasting sugars once every 2-3 days. If the levels go up, seek medication attention
