Sugar come down suddenly in afternoon
Recently I gone for reverse diabetic treatment for high blood sugar.After very good control sugar doctor advised me to stop medicine.after that without medicine my sugar is in control but only some times when I check my sugar with my OneTouch glucometre in the morning Post lunch 2 hrs ie at 12 pm it shows 122mg/dl like that but between 1 to 2 pm my sugar goes like 65mg/dl.why with in one hour gap my sugar goes half of that and remaining time my sugar levels is in normal range.so please kindly explain why only at that particular time between 1pm-2pm sugar goes too much down.At that time I'm taking tofee bar before lunch to avoid low sugar.kindly advise what's the best step to avoid low sugar.
