Sugar & pain in feet.
Sugar fasting 180 & PP 218. What would be the food habit ? And also have pain in two feet ? So; suggest any physical exersise.

Hi, hope you are not in much pain. Your blood sugar readings are high so visit your Doctor and medicines optimized, Diet wise you should take low calorie food. Any form of exercise is good even simple 40mins of walking per day is good exercise, know your physical limitations and choose any form of exercise. Wish you a speedy recovery.
