Suffocation!
Hello docs,
I dont know what is the exact word for this. But whenever i am in a certain conjusted place or where there is no place for air - i get suffocated - feel light headed and . Get cramps in stomach and get sweat. I have got it in my washroom and in local trains which was crowded. What is this phenomenon called? Please advise
