Suffering with fever

Asked for Male, 60 Years

Two days ago he ate gulab jamoon after that he is vomthin, He is suffering with fever since 2days, after taken dolo 650, it's going and again it's coming, light body pains, he is staying at vikarabad district Peddemmul mondal, there is no covid cases, please suggest what medicine will help him, He is a heart patient, pacemaker also , he don't have sugar,

Isolate,Drink plenty of fluids, salt water gargling, avoid cold food and drinks, avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum 8 hours at night, monitor temperature and oxygen levels 6th hourly once.. tablet dolo 650 mg only when temperature is 99 degree and above..tablet azee 500mg daily one after food for 5 days..if any alarming symptoms inform the health authorities nearby.
