Suffering leg pain mostly while walking
I have been suffering from leg pain while walking and standing. Since 6yr. In MRI report showing L4L5 causing bulges . Mostly sciatica and spondylosis symptoms. Plz suggest. Since long I am using medicine under orthopedic supervision but no changes
