Hi, wet coigh, means cough with sputum. Take tab L-cetrizine 1 tab before sleep x 3 days Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast x 3 days Syp Ambroxol 1 tsf tds Steam inhalation twice daily Saline with normal gargles Drink plenty of fluids. If the colour of sputum changes from white to greenish/yellowish or you develop fever in nect 2-3 days,  kindly consult online. We ll need to step up ypur treatment accordingly. Take care
