serum free T3: 3.01pg/ml
serum free T4 : 1.04 ng/dl
Earlier diagnosed with hypothyroid with TSH level 15micIU/ml , took tab thyronorm 25mg. after 3 months TSH level is 0.063 micIU/ml.
