Suffering from piles
I have suffered from piles some years ago.Rightnow,I think my Anus is swelling from inside at one side of anus.There is small lump hanging out from my Anus.I have constipation also.My anus has tightened from that side where anus has swelled from inside.What should I do? What can I do prevent swelling from increasing?What medication should I take?

Use anovate ointment locally. Sit in a tub of warm water with salt in it daily in the evening for 20 minutes. Avoid constipation. Take high fibre diet. Avoid non-veg diet
